The Early Childhood Facilities Construction and Renovation Grant Program

LISC Connecticut is dedicated to strengthening communities by investing in projects that expand opportunity and improve quality of life. Through partnerships with public agencies, nonprofit organizations, and local leaders, LISC supports initiatives that create equitable access to affordable housing, economic development, and community services. As the administrator of the Early Childhood Facilities Construction and Renovation Grant Program in partnership with the Connecticut Office of Early Childhood (OEC), LISC helps increase access to safe, high-quality childcare by funding facility construction and renovation projects that serve Connecticut families and support the state’s early childhood education system.
